1. RETURN WINDOW
We offer a 30-day return policy, which means you have 30 days after receiving your item to request a return. If 30 days have passed since your delivery date, we unfortunately cannot offer you a refund or exchange.
2. RETURN CONDITIONS FOR APPAREL
To be eligible for a return, your t-shirt must be in the same condition that you received it:
- Unworn and Unused: The item must not show any signs of wear, body odor, perfume, or smoke.
- Unwashed: Items that have been laundered will not be accepted.
- Original Packaging: The item must be in its original packaging with all professional tags and labels still attached.
- Proof of Purchase: You will need the receipt or order number.
3. HOW TO START A RETURN
To initiate a return, please contact our support team at support@velvebloom.shop.
- Provide your Order Number and the reason for the return.
- If your return is accepted, we will send you instructions on how and where to send your package.

*Note: Items sent back to us without first requesting a return will not be accepted.
4. RETURN SHIPPING FEES & METHODS
- For Defective or Wrong Items (Seller Error): If you received a damaged, defective, or incorrect t-shirt, we will provide a prepaid return shipping label at no cost to you.
- For Customer Remorse (Change of mind, wrong size ordered): If you wish to return an item for personal reasons, the customer is responsible for paying the actual return shipping costs. Shipping costs are non-refundable.
5. RESTOCKING FEES
To ensure a transparent shopping experience, Velve Bloom does NOT charge any restocking fees for returned items.
6. DAMAGED, DEFECTIVE, AND INCORRECT ITEMS
Please inspect your order upon reception and contact us immediately (within 48 hours of delivery) if the item is defective, damaged, or if you receive the wrong item. We will evaluate the issue and make it right immediately.
7. EXCHANGES
The fastest way to ensure you get what you want is to return the item you have, and once the return is accepted, make a separate purchase for the new item.
8. REFUND PROCESS & TIMELINE
Once we receive and inspect your return, we will notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.
- Approval: If approved, your refund will be automatically processed back to your original payment method.
- Timeline: Please allow 5-10 business days for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund.
